Yes, we permit 1 pet per unit. Pet’s cannot weigh over 100 pounds. Each pet will increase your deposit by $250 and be charged a $50 monthly pet fee. All pets must be registered with PetScreening.

We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to comply with the property’s pet and animal policies.
Do I need renters insurance?
Yes! Each unit is required to have an active renters insurance policy. Parkland Meadows Apartments must be listed as the additional insured.
How do I apply?
Applicants are encouraged to apply online, just click “Apply” on our homepage to get started. There is a $39 application fee per occupant over the age of 18.
Are utilities included?
Each tenant will be responsible for Wifi ($79/month) and electricity. All other utilities are included in rent.
When will the units be move in ready?
The first units will be move in ready in July 1st, 2024.
